1. How do I place an order? 

Click on the item that you'd like to purchase and follow the prompts. You can choose to create an account and pay with your card or if you have apple pay, you can bypass the account and pay instantly.

2. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards along with shop pay and apple pay.

3. How secure is my online order? 

When you purchase from our online store, you can be assured that your online order is secure. Our website is powered by Shopify, one of the leading eCommerce platforms, which complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. All transactions are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. The information is encrypted to pass securely through the network, and card details are not held in clear text on any website, which means it's not exposed to malicious hackers. In addition, Shopify uses a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which ensures that all data entered into the website is encrypted. You can confirm this by looking for a lock icon or "https" in the address bar before the website's address, indicating that you're in a secure environment. We take your security very seriously and at no point do we store your card details on our servers or have direct access to them as they are processed directly by the merchant processor. We always aim to ensure your shopping experience is safe and convenient from start to finish. For additional safety, please ensure your passwords are kept secret and you log out of the website when not in use, especially if you're on a shared computer.

4. Do I need to have an account to order? 

Yes, an account is required to place an order.

5. Can I change or cancel my order? 

Absolutely! You have days from the time you place your order to make modifications. Once your order is shipped, you must request a refund and return the product.

6. When will my order be processed?

All orders placed will be processed within 1-3 days.

7. How can I track my order? 

After your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive an email with tracking provided. Every update to your order will be emailed at the email provided during checkout.

8. How are the products delivered and how long does it take? 

Most items are shipped from overseas. We pride ourselves in providing the quickest turnaround in the business. You can expect to receive your items in about 15 days once shipped. For most Jewelry and our food items these are shipped from inside the US and the shipping times are around 3-5 days.

9. What is your return policy? 

We allow returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Get in touch with us to get the address on where to ship your items back to. Once received, your refund will be issued to the card that was used during purchase. Please note items must be in the same condition as they were received.

10. What do I do if I received a damaged product?

Contact us immediately at info@gemstatemarketplace.com and we can either send you a replacement or refund you for the purchase. Pictures must be included clearly showing the damage.

11. Are the product colors accurate?

We do our best to show all of our products as accurately as possible. Some variation may be possible.

12. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

14. Are there any additional fees I need to pay? 

No, the price you see is the price you pay. We offer free shipping worldwide on all products on our website. If you are in the state of Idaho, you will be charged tax on any purchases.

15. What if an item is out of stock? 

In the rare case an item is out of stock you will be refunded your original payment.
